Finally — we build trust in yourself again. So when life gets busy and things slip (and they will), you don't spiral. You just carry on, imperfectly and without the guilt.

A little about me
I'm Amy — a UKIHCA-registered health coach and the founder of Balanced to Thrive.
I started this work because I needed it myself. I've been through burnout, the exhaustion that doesn't shift, the cycle of starting and stopping, and more recently a melanoma diagnosis that made me look at my health very differently.
I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you figure out what actually works for you — and to make sure you feel supported enough to stick with it.

Is this just another programme I'll fall behind on? No. There's no fixed curriculum, no modules to get through, no falling behind. Every session is shaped around what's going on for you that week.
What if I've tried everything and nothing has worked? That's actually the most common thing I hear. And usually it means the approach wasn't right, not that you're the problem. We start fresh, without the baggage of what didn't work before.
